Technical laminations

Lamination is a process where two or more layers of the same or different materials are bonded together. This forms a composite of materials with different physical and mechanical properties. The lamination process is always based on the material properties and the clients’ specific needs.

There are a number of things to consider before the actual lamination process, such as temperature, feed rate, properties of the material and the bonding agent used in the process. At its best the process is tailored to meet even the most exact and specific needs of our client.

  • Four lamination units, three of them with cutters

  • The maximum width of the material to be laminated is 250 cm and maximum thickness 15 cm

  • Lamination with powder, film, net and web adhesives

  • Multilayer laminations

  • EVA coatings
