High-Quality Needle Polyester Felt Made from Recycled PET Fibers
The world’s oceans are drowning in plastics, but we are doing our part to prevent that from happening. We produce polyester felt used as raw material both for classic products and new innovations. The fibres we use in our process derive from various recycled polyester objects. We are creating new sparks that will give new growth opportunities for industry.

Our polyester felt is applied to a multitude of applications
Polyester felt has numerous good properties, such as excellent thermoformability. The fibre’s Ökö-Tex 100 certificate is a guarantee that the felt contains no harmful substances, heavy metals or formaldehyde residues.
Using existing plastic is a sustainable way to create new innovations. This is how we and our customers reduce the amount of plastic among waste and, consequently, in the oceans.
Our thermoformable PES- felts have been granted emission class M1 for building materials by the Finnish Building Information Foundation RTS. More information about M1 -classification upon request: sales@intermedius.fi
