CEO’s greetings – a look ahead to 2025
The year 2025 has been a relatively good year for Intermedius overall, especially considering the uncertainties in the general market situation and operating environment. We have been able to maintain a good level of delivery reliability, and above all, our customer satisfaction has remained high – it is the most important indicator of success for us.
The downturn in new construction in the construction industry has continued longer than expected, but the development on the renovation side has been slightly more positive. This has also been reflected in the needs and demand of our customers, and we have strived to respond to changes flexibly and in a solution-oriented manner.
Over the past year, we have modernized our machine base and purposefully developed our printing expertise. In addition, cooperation with the authorities has been more active than usual, and in connection with this, we have also promoted new product innovations and testing solutions. Development work has not been isolated, but strongly linked to practical needs and the everyday lives of our customers.
One clear direction has been the development of individual and tailored products in ever closer cooperation with customers. This co-development is an important way of working for us and a differentiating factor – the best solutions are created together.
Over the year, we have also participated in key events and trade fairs in the industry, such as the Frankfurt Book Fair and the K and A+A fairs. At these meetings, we have met customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, exchanged ideas and sought perspectives for the future.
Our eyes are already firmly set on 2026. Our goal is to further strengthen our expertise, develop customer-oriented solutions and find growth opportunities even in a challenging market. I believe that the prerequisites for success will continue to be reliability, cooperation and the ability to renew ourselves in a controlled manner.
I would like to warmly thank our customers, partners and staff for the past year. I wish everyone a peaceful Christmas and a happy new year. Let’s set out together to achieve new successes in 2026.
